What are the engine specs for 1999 through 2002 on Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptors?

I am looking to get a painless performance wiring harness and need the specs since I do not have the car at the moment but plan to purchase all parts for  tribute build in the near future.

The engines are the same '99-'02 .. 4.6 V8 2 VALVE head.. as used in the Mercury Marquis, Lincoln town car,The PI Crown Vic has different exhaust , gears ., body-reinforcement.
