what causes the blower motor to stop and start when i hit a bump in the road

Faulty blower motor or wiring connector. The brushes in blower motor get worn down and don't make good contact, hit a bump, all of a sudden, the brushes make good contact and the blower motor runs. Just make sure wiring connector is good.
