The jeep not over heating and it blows cold air both one ac and heater on the dail, we think that it might be the actuator????

It's the actuator kicking to the cold position my Silverado does same thing I just in hook it and turn it by hand to heat or air either one I need till I get time to change it out but that's the problem actuator

If the actuator motor has power to it it maybe bad, you could try to re calibrate it, by placing the temp knob in the center or turn temp below 50 degrees, unhook the battery cables for 20 minutes, turn the selection to heat, re-connect the battery and restart the vehicle, see if the motor re-calibrates. change the actuator motor, if this does not work. The other possibility, is an air lock in the system, these can be a real pain to remove air in the water system, and there are several methods to do that. This is common eso@aol.com.
