can not get into my subaru forester battery is dead

tried the key will not work replaced battery in my fob does not allow me access
to the car

Why does my 2015 Subaru Forster DIVX Radio Audio System keeps turning off and on by itself? When it turns back on, I get this message: serial no. PL100039 E-Code 05A14d001E69A.... Why I’m I getting this? and why does it keep turning off and on by itself? Appreciate your advice on this. Thank you!
