I have had this happen to me. You did not assemble something correctly with the starter solenoid/relay. I found that the one that got me was I has one of the wires attached the the starter solenoid/relay wrong. It was mounted to the wrong side of the starter solenoid/relay. When I switched the wires around it was fine

If the solenoid comes loose from the frame the battery will get hot and send a surge the wrong way back to the starter. Make sure your solenoid is extra grounded because it will make your battery go bad.

It was the starter. The new remanufactured one was even bad. Where can I get a wiring diagram to show me which word go on what side?

Wires not word.
