How can you tell if both torbo's are working on a
1992 dodge stealth r/t

In reality, you will need to take the charge pipe off of either turbo to ensure it's blowing (which will require you to put the car in neutral, Press the accelerator down, and listen for the l Press the accelerator down, and listen for the "whoosh" of air. Also… Those little T3 turbos are notorious for failure, so don't be surprised if one of them or both of them have failed.
