I have a 1989 Buick Electra. The AC blower works on the high position but doesn't work on the other positions. What do I need to replace?

Blower motor resistor.

Also check your fuses. GM used 2 separate fuses for the blower motor. One for high speed only and a second fuse for the other three speeds. HTH. -Jim
