How do you operate 4 wheel drive in 1988 Bronco, Eddie Bauer

Push button, knob or handle ? If you have the handle coming up from the floor boards I recommend you stop completely, pull or push to 4WD (you will feel it "lock in" once properly engaged) and then continue on your way (NEVER ON DRY PAVEMENT), but remember to return to 2H before getting back out onto dry pavement.
