when my car gets to 2000 rpms the engine starts fluttering

i just replaced the fuel pump on my 1982 toyota corolla and now when going
to 2000 rpms the engine flutters

Check the following O2 Sensor, look for vac leak(s), Check the crank sensor and also change the fuel filter...
