Lift up and remove the back seat bottom, you should see an access plate, remove access plate, remove pump assembly from fuel tank, replace fuel pump and strainer, reinstall assembly, replace fuel filter, prime fuel system, start engine, double check for fuel leaks, if none are foums reinstall seat bottom and your done.

Well then your stuck, you have to drop the tank. That's really odd every honda I have had to replace the pump has had a access plate.

hello im actually doing this job to ....your fuel pump is located under the fender infront of the driver side rear tire and there should be like two covers over it ....tae the tire off so you can get to the fuel lines so you can undo them then after you get the bolts off the outside of the cover and drop the pump down from the side and your there :)
