97 dodge Intrepid 3.5L' wont kick over

Car has been working fine no problems and go to drive it home from work and it won't start. The battery is fine, starter is fine, spark plugs are getting spark, i just can't figure it out. any help?

try replacing the crank shaft position censer.

The timing belt may have broken or lost teeth.
