Car wont start

Car ran hot,  ac shut down due to high
temperature, shut car off , then tried to start car to
add water, now it will not turn over. What could be
the problem?

Try rotating engine from the crankshaft pulley. If you can't turn it, you messed up the engine by overhearing it. Seized up!
