Is the 2013 Honda Fit Sport w/Manual Transmission Towable 4 wheels down?

Having difficulty finding info on this question.  One blog states the answers are
in the User's Manual.  They are NOT.  There is one reference to Emergency
Towing which recommends towing your car by tow truck with front wheels up
and rear wheels on the ground.
