Ford focus 2013 footwell fuse box replaced

I have a 2013 ford focus that blown a fuse in the
footwell witch cause the dash to have no power up
on further inspection by a mechanic he told me the
fuse box in the footwell has blown a circuit i got
the part number got a exact mach fuse box had it
reinstall try starting it nothing responded was then
told it would need reprograming took it to a car
coding/Programing company  they said they code
it in but the dash still won't light up n won't start
now since its bin replaced any idea what's going on
anyone
