My 2013 ford focus won't start. Not even with a jump. No turn over or clicking when key turns over. It was running fine. No warnings as to anything going bad. What could be wrong?

In cases like this, I always check to see if the battery has a full charge and the terminals are clean and tight. Do headlights come on even dim? In most cases the battery is the source of the problem. Cars of today require a fully charged battery to start, even a weak cell will cause a problem. If you haven't, try this first, if you are unsuccessful, then come back, we will try to help you the best we can. And please, remember that we are Gurus, not Magicians or Miracle Workers.

This just happened to my focus after having the clutch replaced due to the recall. I picked it up less than 24 hours ago. Any tips? Going to call shop back tomorrow AM but it’s goijg to have to be towed there.

Yes I did. Picked it up from the garage last night. It was the starter motor. £300.00 to fix with part and labour.

I have 2014 focus automatic, wouldn't crank, battery is good etc. I noticed on the dash it indicated that the car was in drive, even if I shifted through the gears, P,R,N,D,L it wouldn't change. That's why it wouldn't crank, computer thinks the car is n drive. I disconnected the battery unplugged the neutral position sensor, removed it and then replaced everything, works fine now
