how does the under engine sheild fit

Asked by RFH1746 Mar 06, 2022 at 12:11 PM about the 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander GT AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My under engine shield has come off and I need to see how it is secured.  It looks as though I have to undo some nuts on the front plastic panel.  Is this correct

Those are probably plastic clips of some kind , line up the holes on the shield to the vehicle and see what you need . There are many types of them .
