2001 Dodge caravan

Before I asked my question I'll tell you what I put
on new fuel pump, fuel filter, have cross-checked
all relays relays are good I'm not getting fire to the
plug on the fuel pump itself I was at one point then
I didn't that's why we bought the fuel pump before
we realized it was no fire to the plug so bought a
new plug for the fuel pump rewired all that put it on
still no fire so I take the plug off and tested the
wires and I'm getting no electric to the fuel pump
plug  can anyone help me I'm about ready to dump
it off of Hill
