2013 Ford Edge Mystery

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Dash lights flicker, off and on.  Turn off car and it wont
restart unless someone is in the passenger seat.  No
warning lights.  New battery and alternator.  Headlights
stay on when car is off unless someone is sitting in
passenger seat.  Car sound great when running.  Checked
fuses.  Mystery.
