I have a 2012 5.0 f150 4x4 clicks when turn key
new starter same thing 12 volts at starter cylonid
clicks any ideas what else to check

Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. According to my info, this is part of your starter circuit. See the relay, unplug the relay, if possible, use jumper wire on load side of relay, the load side is that line with arrowhead, terminals 3 and 5. The starter motor should crank the engine. If you try that make sure tranny is in park or neutral and the parking brake is set. At the starter motor, two voltage circuits, one comes from the battery, hot all the time. The other circuit goes hot when the relay is energized. The starter motor usually grounds through the engine block. Can you tell where the clicking is coming from? A relay or the starter?
