What late model V8 engine and AWD transmission will fit 2002 dodge Dakota?

I am setting a budget up to restore a 2002 dodge Dakota...I
want to put in a V8 and make it AWD....what transmission
and motor combination should I be looking for

Be sure and budget at least 50 grand because installing an AWD system and a late model engine are going to bust the bank. Raid the kids college fund and get a second on your house!
