car doesn't always start

I have a 2003 dodge stratus that seems to have a fuel issue. Sometimes it will start,
sometimes not. at first I thought I had a wiring issue, but now we are thinking it might have
something to do with a fuel issue. Could a clogged fuel filter make this happen?

yes you do have a fuel pressure regular and fuel delivery issue. i recommend changing the fuel rail, also know as FPR. i noted it about. a clogged fuel filter wouldnt be the issue, due to your car being a 2003 its not likely to be possible yet. still to new.
