Strut mount (Google for pics). If that's not it, you may want to post a pic of the part you need to identify.

Too much of a close up! try zooming out a tad more. On a Stratus rear end, you would have a stabilizer (sway) bar, sway bar links (one at each end), and a forward lateral link and a rear lateral link, in addition to the struts.
