my 2003 dodge stratus r/t is using antifreeze what would cause this?

Check for external leaks if you can't find any check your oil dipstick. If its over full and/or foamy that's where your anti-freeze went. That is not good either.

Yep, often looks like chocolate milk with white emlusion if it's gotten in to crankcase
