Intrepid shakiness ?????????????

I need help figuring out what the source of
the problem is. It shakes pretty nasty asif it
had a bad ignition coil, i changed out
sparkplugs and coils cat delete thought
could possibly be clogged but shakiness
persists and sluggish acceleration at
moving speeds any mph. Every now and
then goes away, car feels awesome like
new actually then more than likely it
heating up operating temp its shaking
again

maybe fuel restriction.. check fuel injector pressure, replace fuel filter, may also be dirty fuel pump filter (located inside the tank)..
