My 2004 Dodge Stratus R/T has 155,000 miles, Never had a serious problem until now. Car starting losing speed, started making a noise under hood then all dash lights came on and car quit.

Its like a ticking but loud

You have to pinpoint where it is coming from. Your best bet is to take it in the garage for them to diagnose. Sine the dash lights came on, I suspect it could be a pulley or in the serpentine belt area which drives all the accessories is the issue.
