Are you within 100 miles or so of Tampa, Fl. ? First all of the fluids will need changed. Start with the Fuel system being flushed and you will likely have to change the fuel pump and filter. Next change the oil and filter. Then change the thermostat and flush the cooling system. Change the spark plugs. Replace the battery.. Get a compression test done to see if it is worth going any further .Once these things are done you might stand a chance of getting it started. If at that point it won't crank, or cranks and starts but won't stay running, Put up another post and I will recommend an excellent mobile mechanic capable of determining what electrical issues you have and reprogramming your jeep. He just reprogrammed mine and was very thorough and professional and his price was reasonable.
