when the heater motor is installed it makes noise when on work bench it run quite what would the problem be its on a 2003 acura rsx

heater motor makes nosie when installed but runs quite when on work bench

Check duct work going to heater blower motor. Small piece of paper or gasket could be touching squirrel cage while it is spinning.
