AAAAAAHHHHHHH I WANNA CRY.

My car is completely dead have a charger on
battery. But no power is coming through. At all!!

well, I have never dealt with Chevy, BUT you should know 1, batteries don't last forever ( average battery life is about 4 years), 2, battery and starter are basically on the same line to start the motor. you don't have to put your jump cable on the battery, it could be on the starter and still crank the motor. If it doesn't then you don't have the CCA off of the battery to do so and therefore need to replace the battery. Never EVER put tap water into any battery cell. It will just eat the walls and destroy battery life. Distilled water is MUCH better. if the battery is old, don't waste your time with the distilled. if you decide new battery, don't forget your felt rounds and put them on the terminals and put the cables back on ( after cleaning them up or replacing). After cables are on prevent corrosion by applying a good slap of vaseline on. NEVER put the vaseline on the terminal first and then cable. this will create a short and you will be frustrated again((. good luck, from utah
