My car has no power while driiving why?

I have an 00 Daewoo Lanos and recently put 800 bucks in repairs to the vehicle, the
engine starts but when trying to accelerate at a fast speed the car lags and bogs what
could be wrong with this and what is the solution

Transmission shift control solinoid. Just recently had the same problem and that was it.
