I can't get the change oil light to turn off, service station tried, I tried manually & even with a scan tool, still to no avail. Why would it stay lit? How else can I get reset?

Thanks Reelin68 but as my question states, I have already tried 2 different ways, multiple times, to reset the counter. The video link shows only 2, 1 of which is n/a cause there is no dic in the version I have. Maybe is there another way pull something to reset it??????
