Look in your glove box and the owners information that came with the car.

its always in the trunk. open the trunk look on left hinge that opens the truck ,its a white sticker. to put in your personal code maybe one you can remember simply put in the original code from the trunk then push the 1-2 and the 3-4 button at same time hold for 5 sec then enter a code you can remember only 5 digits ,the doors will lock and then unlock indicating its changed your original code will also work. if battery goes down or is taken out the original code will only work 3 times until new battery is installed

it is no where on the car, you will have to have it pulled from the module by a dealer or a shop with the proper software. They stopped putting the code on the Town car in 2004
