Two weeks ago I had my front brakes and rotars replaced. Now, I receive an alert notification (bell/dinging noise) whenever I apply the brakes (even the slightest touch). The truck seems to stop fine, it doesnt require extra pressure on the brakes and I dont hear any noises. Also, my left turning blinker blinks real fast but the right side is ok. Could it be that I'm being notified to replace the turning signal bulb when I brake or is there a problem with the brakes? The ABS light nor does the engine come on at all and the owners manual does tell me much.
OK THE FAST BLINKING LIGHT MIGHT BE A BAD BULB MOST LIKELY THAT THE PROBLEM AND ABOUT THE BRAKE DOES IT HAVE ENOUGH BRAKE FLUID IN THE CONTAINER
The front brake sounds may be the pads, you didn't mention which material that the new pads are made of and if these are the same as last time or not. Different ? Are the pads ceramic or composite ? Please tell us a little bit more about the pads, rotors etc. Had any other parts been changed out during this time frame (with the front brakes being ? Did you adjust your rear brakes when you did the front ?
