I have a 2.4L SOHC MPI 16-valve MIVEC I4 engine, 2012 eclipse, will it withstand a turbo mod?

Just bought a 2012 Eclipse with 30,120 miles on it.  Can this be turbo charged safely?

www.club3g.com/ --- I got a 2.4L sohc in my eclipse so I understand you wanting more performance cause they are lacking big time.
