low oil pressure on 2011 silverado

i have a 2011 silverado 5.3 with about 150k
miles.  it idles pretty rough and oil pressure at
idle is just over 20 psi. oil level is fine and
doesn’t leak or anything

Im having the same issue. Try replacing the oil pressure sending unit/switch and filter beneath it. I've put 2 new ones in and still have the same problem but it might help you. What rpm is it idling at?

Try changing the oil and filter. Use 5 quarts 5w 30 and 1 quart Lucas for high mileage oil additive. Seems to have been what mine needed and had same problem
