My 1990 Cadillac Deville won't turn on, after mechanic put an ignition switch, a
starter relay, and an ignition coil, even a starter.  Why isn't it turned on?

Did the mechanic replace the ignition lock cylinder? Or the actual ignition switch? Does the engine crank but not start? Or will it not crank? Have you tried starting it in neutral? Jim
