My lights work but my headlights & turn signal dont

My headlights and turn signal dont work I
my 94 CADILLAC DEVILLE & for some
reason either the interior dashboard light or
the headlights will stay on can someone tell
me how to fix both my questions pls and
thank you

note the diagram. Jump the switch side of headlamp relay, switch side is shown in diagram, pull relay, use jumper wire. Also check that fuse. If the headlamps work with jumper, you need to check control side of relay, not shown in diagram. I'll post the control side also. i can only help with testing, I'm a wire chaser, voltage and grounds. There were also wiring diagrams for twilight sentinal and drl. The one I posted just said headlamps.

As you can see, the control side of headlamp relay, that top orange wire is voltage, that bottom wire coming off relay is ground, as you can see, headlamp switch is part of ground circuit. the control side of relay needs voltage and ground or the relay won't energize. good luck
