Be sure replacement battery is fully charged. Be sure battery terminals and connectors are clean and tight. Using a battery terminal brush might help. Also be sure ground cable from battery is clean and tight at both ends.

i did that but still wont start. all fuses are good . the only thing i can think of is ignition coil because if it were the starter it wouldn't even crank.

Does the starter crank the engine, or do you just get a clicking sound and no cranking?

Yes it's cranking but won't turn over . Could it be my ignition relay or fuel pump at this point?

Don't know what you mean by cranking. Definition of cranking is that the starter is turning the engine over to get it started. Please explain what happens when you attempt to start the engine.
