Would have to put some gauges on to get a better idea but it sounds like a restriction in the system such as a condenser or expansion valve issue. Make sure your vent flaps are operating as well.

To get the system vacuumed and recharged

Brian all the gauges were pinned red everything seems to be working though other wise.

A.C condenser coil maybe clogged with dirt and bugs causing little to almost no air flow across the coils clean coils with garden hose and nozzle if radiator sets in front of condenser clean it also to get good air flow to condenser.
