Why does the interior lights in my catera come on by themselves

Asked by JordanR2015 Feb 03, 2017 at 11:24 PM about the 2001 Cadillac Catera RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My  2001 Catera interior flooring became flooded. It was not from inclement
weather, and it was suggested that possibly the heater was leaking. Now the
interior lights come on by themselves. Does anyone know why this maybe
happening? Also, my anti theft lock on my radio has been activated since the
water issue, does anyone have the code to unlock it?

The code can only be reset at the dealership and it sounds as if you had some wires get wet..
