My phone pairs on my 2011 CTS but when I push the call button it says "using Onstar". How do I get it to use my phone?

I was "given" a 3 year free upgrade to OnStar by the dealership. After it was
installed my phone will pair, but when I push the call button it responds with
"calling, using OnStar". How do I use my phone?

YOU NEED TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE DEALER, THEY WILL NEED TO REPROGRAM IT !
