If you were running with lack of oil and the motor stopped running, then the motor seized up and you would have to replace it.

Try putting the oil in, not sure if there is a safety system on there or not, may have to pull the batter cable to reset the computer, or put a scanner on there to see if there are any codes.

What to do? sell it and get a '70s Caddy- you can keep those running, no problem-
