Can you use blue devil head gasket sealer without removing thermostat?

Do you have to remove thermostat when using
blue devil sealer?

I would not use Blue Devil on any car. Replace the part or parts that are leaking. You will only seal the leak for a short amount of time, and then the rest of the system will be gunked up. Then you will have more work down the road.

Follow the instructions but like Dolby says I would never use such crap in my engine.

This is the only stop leak product that I've ever seen work BUT you MUST follow the instructions on the bottle exactly to the letter!! Hope that helps! Jim

Yes, the thermostat must be removed. That is on the instructions that I said to follow to the letter. Jim

I used it in my other car and my daughter put over 100000 miles on it before I started driving it. It works great. We use it in diesels at work too.
