The buttons on my steering wheel will work
sometime-ish n the horn sometimes doesn't when I
turn on my fog lights. What could my problem be?

I really more info. But it might be your clock spring

Lol exactly, it's ghost-like, power runs through the buttons cause everytime I repeatively tap it the radio messes up and the volume up and heated steering still works
