What are the major repair issues with a 2004 BMW 330i?

A co-worker is selling his 2004 BMW 330i with 80k  miles at a resonable price.  He is orginal owner and Car looks and drives good.  But is it a money pit. Will I incurr major repairs with 80K miles on it.
