How is a commercial fisherman supposed to get financed for a few thousand more with a solid trade in? I can pay off any truck i want in a few months I owe on nothing but yet I nobody will touch me. My life just got much easier and I hope to have a relationship with a dealer cause someone will make some money

Being self employed has its downside sometimes. If you can wait until fishing season just pay cash.

My dad commercial fished. Some years you make a years wages in a few days or end up with a fuel bill and nothing else.
