Air bag helper springs

Asked by wcbennett Jun 24, 2016 at 05:08 PM about the 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Crew Cab 4WD

I put fire stone helper springs on my 2010 silverado. I hooked my camper up
and put 15 Lbs in each one. When I started my truck the ABS light, service
stabilitrac, and tranction control off lights all came on. I have had no problems
with the truck before.

Probably disrupted a wheel speed sensor wire or connector go back and carefully check all wires leading to the rear "ABS" sensor / WSS.

Yea I thought I may have pulled something loose, but when I let the air back out of the bags all the dash lights went away and everything returned to normal.
