Radio in my Dodge Journey

My 2010 Dodge Journey radio is stuck in an update. I've tried resetting it with
the volume/on/off button and it does nothing. Would I be better off to buy a new
one or is there a way I can fix this? Please help :)

Gene answered about a year ago

The dealer should be able to get it to restart and complete the update with their factory machine. However going aftermarket isn’t a bad idea either.
