I switched my battery for my mazda 6 and now my touch screen navigation won't turn on the radio and audio work completely fine. How do I make my navigation system work and turn on?

I'd start with checking the fuse box and make sure it's not blown.Double Check your battery terminals are not loose, especially the negative terminal.
