My car want move when you put it in drive. But it will drive in reverse

I was riding in my 2009 chevy impala and i stopped
at a red light and my car go forward unless i put it
into low gear.it will drive in Reeves

Have anyone fixed this problem yet? My 2010 chevy impala just did the same thing. The car will move in lower gears like 1 and 2 and reverse. But nothing happens in drive or 3.

I'm having the same problem with my 2008 Impala, will go into reverse but not drive
