how do i remove the middle panel by driver side safely so it goes back on?

I need to remove the middle panel under the stereo, but not sure how to make sure not to ruin it

theres velcrow on the end towards the dash, just pull hard enough for the velcrow to loosen up, then you pull down and forward for it to come off. hope this helps
